Progressive Relaxation

In this episode, we pull out all the stops and go through a full breathing and progressive relaxation exercises.  We’re not talking about new-age stuff here, but a simple, straight-forward relaxation process that is rooted in psychology and works well.

This is a great episode to keep around and use later for when you have trouble relaxing your mind before sleep!
